摘 要
城市公共交通体系是城市最主要的基础设施之一，城市经济社会活动要求交通体系能够安全、快捷、方便、舒适、经济地满足城市人流、物流、信息流的需求。近年来，伴随着我国经济快速发展的同时我国城市化进程也在高速发展。城市“机动化”程度的提高，城市公共交通己不能满足城市的发展需求，而且变得日益严峻，这个问题已经成为当今许多城市所面临的难题之一。在呼和浩特市机动化保持快速、稳定增长的关键时期，公共交通存在公交线网规划不合理、运营服务水平低、综合效益水平差三大问题，本文主要从公交通行能力着手，分析存在问题，并提出相应的解决对策。

Abstract
Urban transport system is the most important infrastructure of the city, the city transportation system of economic and social activities require safe, efficient, convenient, comfortable and economical to meet the necessity of people, materials, information flow. Recently, with rapid economic development, the process of urbanization in China is also rapidly developing. City "motor" of the extent of the increase, urban transport has become more and more popular in the world. Facing serious urban problems, the urban traffic problem has become much more serious, and the issue has become the challenges facing one of the city In Hohhot. During maintain rapid and stable growth of the critical period, the major transport problems lies on the public transportation network planning and inadequate services, low level of operation. Base on public transportation capability , this paper discuss and propose the response measures.
