摘 要
高架旋喷钻机是江苏省无锡探矿机械总厂有限公司开发的一款适合高压旋喷施工工艺的钻机。该机主要是为了适应旋喷工法在我国的逐步推广研制而成的。通过不同模块的组合。可以适合定喷、摆喷、旋喷等施工工艺;单重、双重、三重旋喷等各种施工要求。可用于合类软地基加固、高层建筑地下室的防渗处理、大江大河堤坝的整治、铁路公路、桥墩的加固等。
钻机适应性能好,可以对钻机配套不同模块,不同钻具。钻机在某些软土层施工时,钻孔和旋喷可一次完成;旋喷提升时,在旋喷深度不高于副塔高度时(14 m),不用拆卸钻杆,可一次旋喷成桩(在复杂地层应配引孔机)。采用全液压技术:钻机移位和转向、动力头变速、钻具提升和钻机起塔,均采用液压控制,操作方便灵活,维护省时、省力。移动机架采用特殊技术,使钻机在移位过程中不用枕木,大大降低工人劳动强度,降低施工成本,提高作业效率。钻机采用双卷扬机,应用电动控制,大大降低了劳动力,提高了生产效率。

Abstract
