本设计主要分析了热轧机的工作原理、工作环境和工作特点，并结合实际，对热轧机的整体结构进行设计，对组成的各元件进行了选型、计算和校核。
本轧机为双辊定间隙热轧机，其结构主要有主电机、主连轴节、人字齿轮机座、梅花接轴、工作机座等部分组成，主要用于加工材质为普碳钢、低合金钢、不锈钢及有色金属带材，常做开坯机使用。也可根据实际需要，将多个轧机组成连轧机组，以适应不同的需求。
本轧机结构简单、维修方便、性能安全可靠、操作性好、对操作人员素质要求较低、且生产效率较高。

ABSTRACT
The whole structure of hot rolling-mill is designed that base on combining with practice by analyzing the working principle, the working environment, working character.
The selection, calculation and checkout of all components are accomplished. The distance of two roller of hot rolling-mill can’t be adjusted. The hot rolling-mill is composed of electrical motor, the joint between two shaft, herringbone gear, the shaft with joint of plum flower shape, rolling-mill housing. The machine often is used to roll blank, the materials of hot rolling include: common carbon steel, lower alloy steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metal. In practice, many rolling-mill can be join to a assembling set to meet different requirement.
The character of the rolling-mills is follows: the structure is simple to maintain easily, the capacity is safe and reliable, the operation is easy to operator, the productivity is high.
