摘要
本次设计是根据被加工轴的技术要求和年生产量，进行机械加工工艺设计，然后运用夹具设计的基本原理和方法，拟定夹具设计方案，完成夹具结构设计。主要工作包括绘制毛坯图、零件图、夹具总的设计图。了解零件的结构特点和技术要求；根据生产类型和生产条件，对零件进行结构分析和工艺分析；确定毛坯的种类及制造方法；拟定零件的加工工艺规程；选择各工序的加工设备和工艺设备，确定各工序的加工余量和工序尺寸，计算各工序的切削用量额定工时；填写加工工艺过程卡片、机械加工工序卡片等工艺卡片；设计制定选定的加工工序的专用夹具，绘制装配总图和主要零件图。

Abstract

The main work of drawing a blank drawing, general, fixture design, understanding of the structure characteristics of the spare parts and technical requirements; according to the type of production and production conditions, parts of the analysis of structure and process; The rough determine the type and method of manufacture; make parts of the processing order of the processes; selection of equipment and processing equipment, to determine the process of machining allowance and process dimensions, calculation of the process of cutting amount and industrial design norm; Fill in machining process card, machining process card and process card; design of selected processing procedures for the fixture, drawing assembly assembly drawing and the main parts of the map.
