统的合理性和可靠性。

Abstract
The electro-hydraulic proportional direction valve performance test
system is a highly puter aided test system, plete a
variety of proportional direction valve performance test, including the
characteristics of pressure, flow characteristics and step response
characteristics. The testing process and data processing puter to
pletely, test result, accurate. The actual test results verify
the rationality and reliability of the system.

前言
电液比例方向阀在拥有较好的稳态和动态特性的同时,同伺服阀相比较,具有
价格低廉,工作可靠,维护简单等优点。当前大量液压系统中都采用了先进的电液
比例阀。电液比例方向阀是电液比例控制系统中的关键元件,其性能的好坏直接影
响到整个系统的工作性能。
本文研制的电液比例方向阀测试系统能够准确的测试各类电液比例方向阀,并
且采用计算机全自动数字化测试,精度高,排除了人为的干扰。同时,能够实时采
集实验数据并绘制曲线,实验结束时能自动打印实验数据报表。方便故障诊断。
