摘要：
针对河钢承钢9#锅炉频繁发牛爆管事故，以典型爆口试件及水冷壁样本垢样分 析和金相分析，作为锅炉水冷壁爆管原因分析的切入点，结合锅炉的运行参数 控制、原始设计和后期改造情况，综合判定了水冷壁管裂纹的形成原因。认为壁 温波动下的轴向交变应力和金屈石墨化共同作用下的热疲劳开裂是锅炉水冷壁 爆管的主要原因。通过分析确定了水冷壁缺陷的集中区域，采取最小限度的局部 更换和针对性的化学清洗消除锅炉水冷壁运行隐患，并结合锅炉运行中负荷控 制、热负荷分配优化、溶解氧指标控制优化等措施，最终解决锅炉水冷壁爆管问 题，实现了锅炉的安全、稳定运行。

Abstract：
Aiming at the frequent tube-burst of Chengsteel 9 # boiler, the causes of the water wall tube-burst are determined by the metallographic analysis of typical burst sample and the scale analysis of water wall sample, the operation parameters control, original design and later reconstruction situ a t i on of bo ilei\ It is b elieved that the main reasons are the axial alternating stress under wa 11 temperature fluctuation and thermal fatigue cracking under the combined action of metal and graphitization.
