【摘要】目的了解本院门诊抗菌药物的使用情况，分析其存在的 问题，为促进临床合理应用抗菌药物提供参考和依据。方法采用随机抽 样的方法，共抽取门诊处方5784张，其屮抗菌药物1706张，根据药 品说明书、《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》、《新编药物学》以及其他文献 资料，对其中不合理处方进行统计分析。结果门诊不合理使用抗菌药 物处方157张，占抗菌药物处方总数的9. 2%。不合理的情况集中在重复 用药、用法用量不合理以及联合用药不合理等儿个方面。结论本院抗菌 药物使用基本合理，但还存在一定的问题，其中重复用药比较严重，宜 加强管理和学****菊师亦应积极参与临床用药，减少抗菌药物的不合理 应用及药源性疾病的发生，以达到临床用药安全、有效、经济、适当的 目的。
