文档介绍：山东大学硕士学位论文医患关系中的医患沟通研究研究生:崔荣昌导师:杨平副教授合作导师:康维强主任医师中文摘要当前,医患关系日趋紧张,医患矛盾日益突出,由此所引发的医疗纠纷日益增多,甚至频发暴力伤害事件。医患矛盾的实质是信任危机。医患双方信息不对称,造成认知冲突。而医患沟通缺失或不良,认知冲突上升为医患矛盾,继而引发医疗纠纷。因此,建设和谐的医患关系,关键要素是加强医患沟通。医患沟通属于医患关系的范畴。首先,医患关系是一种伦理道德关系。伦理学医患关系中的医患沟通,体现为医患双方的道德责任。对患者进行有效沟通和如实陈述病情、接受配合治疗是医患双方分别应尽的道德责任。其次,医患关系是一种法律关系,法学医患关系中的医患沟通,体现了患者知情同意权利和医生告知义务的对立统一。享有知情同意权是患者的法赋权利,而履行告知义务则是医生的法定义务。加强和改进医患沟通必须从伦理学和法学两个层面进行。在伦理学层面,应加强医生道德情感的培育和沟通能力的培养,将其纳入医学生在校教育和毕业后继续医学教育体系。在法学层面,应进一步完善医患沟通的法律法规,明确双方的权利和义务。关键词:医患关系:医患沟通;伦理学;法学山东大学硕士学位论文 THE RESEARCH 0F C0^n仉小ⅡCATION RELATl0NSHIP Student:Rongchang Cui Supervisor:Vice Professor Yang ping Professor Weiqiang Kang ABSTRACT At present,the increasingly tense relationship between doctors and patients,doctors and patients have e increasingly conspicuous, and thus triggered by the increasing number of medical disputes,and even frequent violence -patient conflicts iS the real crisis of information both doctors and patientS, resulting in cognitive lack munication between doctors and patientS or poor awareness of the conflict between doctors and patients to rise,sparking the medical a result,the building of aharmonious doctor—patient relationship,the key element is to strengthen the doctor—munication.
