环境试验箱制冷系统设计及其控制方法的研究
摘要
本论文分析了目前国内外环境试验箱制造技术的发展趋势,经过对各种
制冷方式的分析对比,确定了试验箱制冷系统的制冷方式。采用机械制冷与
液氮辅助制冷相结合的方式,即节约了投资建设成本,又实现了试验箱的设
计指标,在此过程中给出了试验箱冷负荷的计算方法、主要部件的选型,并
解决了机械制冷与液氮制冷的匹配及液氮消耗量的计算等问题。
稳定可靠的控制系统是环境试验箱实现设计指标的重要保证,本课题中
试验箱的控制系统采用了控制,取代了传统的继电-接触器控制系统,
且采用了先进的控制技术和高精度的传感器检测技术,使得系统具有操
作简单、可靠性高、稳定性好和易维护的特点,具有较高的实用价值。

CHAMBER AND RESEARCH OF
CONTROL METHOD
ABSTRACT
In this thesis, the current development trend of the manufacturing technology
on environment testing chamber is studied. After analyzing paring with the
refrigeration method mon use, we established the cooling mode of
refrigeration system for the environment testing chamber. bination of
machinery and liquid nitrogen refrigeration was adopted in this mode, it can
economize the cost of investment in construction, on the other hand, the
constrained design parameters itself were attained. During this process, it can not
only give us the calculation of the cooling load, but also the selection of the main
components for the experiment chamber. Furthermore, it solved many other
important issues, such as the ration between mechanical refrigeration and liquid
nitrogen refrigeration, and how to calculate the consumption of the liquid nitrogen.
Control system with stability and security played an important role in
attaining the design parameters, we introduced in the advanced PID control
technology instead of the relay-access control system in traditional, it works with
the high-precision detection sensor technology together, making the whole system
smart to operate, stable to use, and simple to guarantee, therefore, this environment
testing chamber has great value in practical use.
