文档介绍：摘要农村外出谋生群体在我国的处境很尴尬,他们为中国经济的发展,尤其是城市建设做出了巨大贡献,但是他们的付出没得到相应的尊重。相反地,由于他们与城市居民在就业机会、居住空间、交通等方面存在竞争,而遭到城市社会的排斥。城市社会塑造的农村外出谋生群体的负面形象,已经影响到这个群体的就业、生活等各方面。如何改变农村外出谋生群体的负面形象,对改变这一群体的处境而言,具有重要的现实意义。本文主要通过结构式访谈和文献法获取资料,主要以定性的方法来分析资料。笔者选取广西贺州市ZY村为案例,以ZY村外出谋生群体为对象,从农村外出谋生群体形象的角度,来分析和研究这一群体。通过对ZY村外出谋生群体外出谋生的历史情况、在外的生存状况进行梳理,同时通过劳动力输出地相关人员对这一群体的形象的看法和劳动力输入地对农村外出谋生群体形象的塑造过程, 来反映农村外出谋生群体的处境。农村外出谋生群体一方面与城市居民存在竞争关系,得不到城市社会的充分认可;另一方面,已经接受城市社会价值观、生活方式的他们也得不到农村社会的完全认同。本文用边缘化的理论来解释农村外出谋生群体所面临的处境。最后得出结论:农村外出谋生群体的负面形象是社会排斥的结果,而农村外出谋生群体的负面形象又导致了他们双重边缘化的处境。为了改变农村外出谋生群体的负面和单一的形象,不应该仅仅聆听城市社会的声音,还应该把来自农村社会的看法和态度也纳入其中,通过农村外出谋生人员、社会和政府三方共同努力,使农村外出谋生群体更好地融入城市社会和农村社会,使这一群体成为城市社会和农村社会协调发展的纽带,实现社会的和谐与稳定。关键词外出谋生群体,形象研究,社会排斥,边缘化 ABSTRACT Farmers who make aliving outside theirhometown arenow in avery embarrassing position have made great contributions to China’S economical development,especially to urban construction.
