It also plays important role in the production and distribution of goods, and in everyone ’s life. Road transporting has many advantages pared to other transporting ways. It will bring out huge economical advance when it was paved to certain area, especially those mountainous regions which always are poor and roadless. This thesis intends to design a construction plan for a second-class road . T here is a warm, subtropical climate, four distinct seasons and warm in winter, and hot in summer . This design includes plane linear design, vertical section design, horizontal section design, roadbed design and soon.
