文档介绍:吉林化工学院本科毕业设计(论文) I 摘要本设计为涡旋压缩机结构设计,主要零件包括动涡盘、静涡盘、支架体、偏心轴及防自转机构,动静涡旋盘应用圆的渐开线及其修正曲线的线型。首先,确定了重要结构参数,进而确定了涡旋线圆的渐开线线型。然后进行了受力分析,结构强度及寿命计算。最终说明了结构设计中的有关问题。在涡旋齿线型的设计中,不仅说明了渐开线的特性和涡旋线的形成过程,而且还对涡旋线线型进行了修正。通过以上的设计过程,我们最终得到了涡旋压缩机。关键词涡旋压缩机动涡盘静涡盘偏心轴圆的渐开线吉林化工学院本科毕业设计(论文) II Abstract The design for the structural design of pressors, the main parts, including moving vortex plate, static vortex plate, frame body, eccentric shaft and anti-rotation mechanism, the application of static and dynamic disk vortex involute circle and linear correction curve.
