摘要
进入 WTO 后,为了适应国际贸易规则并更好地融入国际竞争,我国也加快了
高新技术产业的发展。
高新技术产业是以高技术和新技术为支撑的产品生产模式。高新技术是指信息
技术、生物技术、先进制造技术、先进环保技术、新材料技术、新能源及节能技术
等。对现实生活渗透最快的两大技术是信息技术和生物技术。以这两大技术为核心
集成的现代高新技术产业,使社会发生了革命性的变化。
高新技术产业是国民经济战略性产业,也是一个需要政府扶持和调控引导的重
要产业。近年来,武汉市高新技术产业发展较快。现已成为全市经济增长的主要支
撑和最具潜力和活力的新增长点。其中光电子信息产品制造业和软件产业发展尤为
迅速,在本市高新技术产业中地位越来越重要。但其发展仍面临着产业结构不合理,
企业品牌经济实力较弱,企业自主创新能力弱等不利因素。如何及时地分析和找出
问题,使武汉市高新技术产业走向更高的台阶是其发展的重中之重。
目前是武汉市高新技术产业发展至为关键的发展时期,发展的同时也面临着机
遇。这需要结合武汉市的实际情况,坚持体制创新、实施技术跨越、强化自主创新、
体现以人为本,构建长期战略发展目标,制定出武汉市高新技术产业的发展对策。即
提高科技整体的创新能力,重视培养和吸纳优秀人才,建立健全的风险投资体系,
加强知识产权管理与保护,建设企业文化,弘扬企业家精神,主打光谷品牌,建设
有武汉特色高新技术产业。

Abstract
Entering into WTO, China quickens the development of high-technology industries
in order to adapt international trade rules and emerge into petition
better.
High-technology industry is product’s mode based on the high and new technology.
High-technology refers to information technology, biology technology, advanced
manufacture technology, advanced environment-protecting technology, new material
technology, new energy and economy technology. The two technologies quickly entering
into reality are information technology and biology technology. Modern high technology
based on the core of these two technologies makes a great and revolutionary change on
society.
High-technology industry is national economy tactic industry, also is an important
industry needing government’s supporting and leading. In recent year, Wuhan’s
high-technology industry gains quicker development, and ing the main support
and the most potential new increasing point in Hubei province economic development, in
which photoelectron information products and soft-ware industries’ development is
quicker than others, also es more important. But there still exists some
disadvantages:such as unreasonable industry structure , weaker econ
