文档介绍：河北农业大学硕士学位论文保定市新农村规划建设研究姓名:相伟刚申请学位级别:硕士专业:城市规划与设计指导教师:纪江海 2009-06-13 摘要 近几年来,保定市按照中央经济工作会议和全国农村工作会议的要求和部署,深入研究加快新农村建设的办法,采取有效措施积极推进保定市的新农村建设,并取得一系列的成就,但是,距社会主义新农村建设目标还有一定的差距。本文总结了国内外农村规划建设的经验和教训, 综合研究了已有的农村规划建设理论, 结合作者参与保定市新农村规划建设的实践, 针对保定市农村现状存在的问题, 从保定地区的实际情况出发,对新农村规划建设应采取的方式方法、途径和原则以及村庄未来发展进行了探索和研究,希望用于指导保定市新农村规划建设的合理、有序发展,进而改善保定市农村居住环境和建设面貌,增强农村发展活力,提高村民的生活质量。本文可分为四个部分。第一部分(即一、二章节)提出了选题的背景及研究的意义,阐明了本文研究的目的、方法及主要内容,介绍了新农村规划建设的相关概念,同时对国内外农村的规划建设进行了合理的论述。第二部分(即第三章节)描述了保定地区新农村规划建设现状,提出了农村现状中存在的具体问题, 第三部分(即第四章节)本部分首先总体概括了保定市新农村规划建设的任务、主要内容及设计原则及常用方法等方面, 然后将保定分为东部平原和西部山区两个区域,结合两个区域的现状经济发展及地势地貌,因地制宜的对新农村规划建设的各个因素进行综合分析,对新农村未来发展进行合理的探索,并提出了具体的可实施的规划措施。最后,探讨了如何加强农村管理体制的建设,以促进新农村规划建设的顺利进行。第四部分(即五、六章节)通过新农村规划建设实例,阐述了新农村建设的方法和原则,并对全文的内容进行了总结和概括。关键词:新农村规划建设;村庄布点;生态环境;基础设施;土地利用; Research on the new rural plan and construction –A case study on Baoding Author: Xiang Wei-gang Supervisor: Ji Jiang-hai Major: Urban Planning and Design Abstract In recent years ,with the requirements and plans on the Central Economic Working Conference and the National Conference on Rural Work ,Baoding research to speed up the new approach to rural development in-depth 。To take effective measures to actively promote their new rural construction ,it made a series of achievements 。 However ,the distance from new rural construction al so has a certain gap 。 In this paper the author summed up the rural planning and construction of domestic and foreign experience and lessons ,prehensive study of th e existing rural planning and construction of theory 。 On this basis ,combine to participate in the planning and construction of new count ryside Baoding practice , in view of the status quo Baoding problems in rural areas , the author carried out its explora tion and research on the new rural planning and construction of wa ys and means should be taken , approaches and principles , as well as the future development of villages 。The author hopes that these methods can be used to guide the pla
