摘要
本说明书叙述了对一个年产量为万吨聚乙烯塑料制品工厂全厂总配变电所及配电系统的设计。本设计首先根据厂方给定的全厂各车间电气设备及车间变电所负荷计算表进行电力负荷计算,然后根据对计算负荷的分析选定主变压器和各车间变电所的变压器型号及其联接组别,在设计中根据本厂供电电源和厂供电要求进行架空线路的选择,根据电力部门对工厂功率因数的要求计算出需要补偿的无功功率并以此选择相应的补偿电容器。然后对线路设定短路点进行短路电流的计算作为各设备的选型依据。考虑到对变压器的保护在设计中对主变压器设置了以下继电保护:瓦斯保护、过电流保护和电流速断保护。
