摘要
本设计详细介绍一款手机电池充电器产品的结构设计。它 的零件数目不多,但各零件之间的配合关系较为紧密，拟采用自顶 而下(TOP-DOWN)(Master Part),接着建立一个装配有主控件的组件文件，然后利用主控件 的基本几何信息继续创建具体的主要零件。通过对手机充电器 的设计可以发现在产品开发过程中，绝大部分类似产品是近似 的对称结构；或者在同一产品中有许多相同或相似的特征；或 者由于产品系列化的原因，以前的产品中曾有过相同或相似的 结构。对于这些特征，没有必要再去每一步设计它的尺寸结构, 可以在Pro/ENGINEER中快速复制这些特征，从而大大加快及 优化产品的设计。
