摘要
传统的造型方法都只是几何要素的简单堆叠,仅描述了产品的几何形状,而 不具备由于几何尺寸变化而使图形变换的尺寸驱动功能。这样一来,哪怕是要改 变复杂模型的一个尺寸,也需要擦掉原有图形,重新构建一个新的图形,这种简 单的重复工作严重影响设计效率。能否建立起图形几何尺寸与几何数据的关联, 通过更改数据实现几何模型的变化呢?这就是参数化设计! II斧为新一代的三维 造型系统具有先进的参数化设计功能,本文主要分析了在UG下渐开线生成的方 法及斜齿轮参数化建模的过程,在UG下建立了斜齿轮的基本结构模型,并且斜 齿轮模型的基本尺寸参数都通过表达式加以关联,实现了斜齿轮的参数化驱动, 这样通过修改斜齿轮模型相应的基本结构参数就可以快速实现斜齿轮的三维建 模。从而提高了建模速度、降低了造型难度、减少了重复性的劳动、节约了时间、 提高了设计效率。

The Parameterization Design of Helical gear Based on UG
Abstract
Traditional model methods are all only the piling pile briefly of key elements of geometric .They only describe the geometric form of the products, but they can't possess the promoting function of changing the figure depends on the varieties of geometric size. In this case ,even changing assize of the complicated model, it needs to wipe off the original figure ,and construct a new figure again .Such simple repeated wok influences the efficiency of destgning seriously . Whether can it set up relationship between the geometric size of the figure and geometric data and geometric data and sealize the change of the geometric model through changing the data? This is the design of parameter! UG has advanced function of designing by parameter as tri-dimensional model system of new generation .The paper mainly analysis the method of involutes generation and the building course of the helical helical gear parametric design, and the basic size parameter of helical gear model is linked with each other through expression , the drive of the helical gear parameter can be achieved, the helical gear fast three-dimensional build mould can realized through modifying the basic structural parameter of corresponding helical gear model. It rise speed of building mould , reduce modeling difficulty and the repeatability labors, save time , raise design efficiency.
