Most of them wont keep that vow. It is easy to say you wont have children when you are eighteen. Who wants them then? The few who practise what they preach will be insignificant. The problem is too global to be affected by a few women who don't have children. It's going to take something like the United Nations to reduce the birthrate in India and China and countries like these.
