摘 要
经济法作为当代的新生的独立法律部门，含有深刻的历史根源，而其特定的社会背景决定了其存在的根本目标，即经济法的宗旨——以促进社会效率来实现社会公平。因经济法的宗旨和经济学及其它部门法的宗旨有着根本性的不一样，所以经济法又拥有其本身的特征。任何一门学科的存在全部有其本身的价值和意义，对经济法宗旨的研究，将能愈加划清经济法和其它学科的区分，促进法学领域的发展，完善健全中国的法制体系，并最终为实现建设中国社会主义友好社会发挥着不可估量的作用。

Shallow theory purpose of economic law
Abstract
However, as the modern new independent legal department, has the profound historical roots, and its special social background determines its existence of the fundamental purpose, that is the aim of the economic law, in order to promote social efficiency to realize social justice. For purpose of economic law and economics and other law has a fundamental tenet of the economic law and have different, so its own features. Any of a discipline has its own existence the value and significance of economic law, the research purpose, will be able to more make clear the economic law and other disciplines, promote the difference between law fields of development, improve the legal system of our country, and finally to realize the construction of the country's socialist harmonious society play an immeasurable role.
