Based on the necessity analysis of improving the anti-disaster ability of power system, a new thinking on the planning method, approach, mode and mechanism for ‘anti-disaster power system’ bines general power system with modern disaster reduction system is put forward. The basic features of the anti-disaster power system are pointed out and the research framework for the planning of an ti-disaster power system is given. The contents of this paper are available for reference to the planning and construction of anti-disaster power system.
