目前，我国的工程项目逐渐呈现出投资规模大、施工技术复杂、工期 要求紧、项目参与单位众多、信息沟通复杂、社会影响面广等特点，这为工 程项目的科学管理提出了严峻的挑战。因此，工程项目管理的信息化建设成 为摆在我们面前的一个艰巨任务。本文从工程项目管理信息化建设的内涵入 手，在对信息化建设认识和思考的基础上，针对现状存在的一些焦点问题进 行了探讨和原因分析，提出了相应的对策和建议，结合成功实施信息化建设 的工程项目进行了应用效果评析，并展望了我国工程项目管理信息化建设的 应用发展趋势。

ABSTRACT
