摘要
通过对课题的研究,首先对无碳小车的整体设计方案进行思路分析,确定小车的转向机构、 传动机构的选择。以小车运动的模拟轨迹为出发点,计算小车车轮的尺寸。再根据齿轮传动 比的确定,设计齿轮的参数。完成尺寸确定后,通过SolidWorks逐一对小车的车架、车轮、 齿轮、轴承、车轴进行建模。在转配体环境下,把零件一个一个的组装成无碳小车模型。在 约束条件下模拟小车按照预定轨迹运动,分析小车的摩擦受力情况。

Abstract:Introduction of carbon-free car virtual design based on SolidWorks 3 d software, under the overall design scheme for various parts of the parameter design of the car. With SolidWorks modeling, various parts of the assembly complete virtual entity. Virtual carbon-free car 3 d model in the process of animation movement simulation, check up the accuracy of the parts design parameters, and optimize it. No carbon through the analysis of the optimization results, the feasibility of the vehicles in the real production.
Based on the research of the subject, first of all to the overall design scheme of carbon-free car thinking analysis, determine the car's steering mechanism, transmission mechanism of the choice. In simulation of car movement trajectory as a starting point, the size of the computing the car wheels. According to the determination of gear ratio, design the parameters of the gear. Finished size is determined, by SolidWorks one by one to the car frame, wheels, gears, bearings, shaft modeling. In ZhuanPei body environment, the assembled parts one by one into a carbon-free car model. In constraint conditions, the car according to the desired trajectory motion, analysis the car of the friction force.
