摘要：本次社会调查通过随机访问不同职业、不同性别、不同年龄段、不同文化背景、不同 职位高低的调查者。探索如何针对网络谣言进行有效规范的管制，提高全体社会成员对网络 谣言的认知，分清其危害，提高警惕性和预防能力。近年来，伴随网络的高速发展，网络谣 言已经成为危急全体社会成员的又一项新增危害，可能造谣者仅仅是一时兴起的一句玩笑 话，也可能是一些别有用心的人故意设计，经过不停的转发转述就有可能演变成社会的群体 事件、突发事件。这种低级趣味不仅仅危害到了人民群众的平时生活、扰乱了市场经济、也 给政府的行政管理带来了巨大的压九从非典时期的“板蓝根”事件直至今日的日本核泄漏“抢 盐风波”，在这些风波背后，风雨过后我们细细回想，不难发现“谣言”这只黑暗的大手在背后 进行着推波助澜、浑水摸鱼。
