KW71 ECU simulator

Description
OE91C1500
OE91C1500 is intented to help the KWxx protocol
programmer. With a few external component ,
this chip simulate a ECU with K-Line diagnose
output. All KW71 codes are implemented. The
variables are fixed.
When the DTC input is low , three DTC are
generated and MIL LED is on till a erase DTC
command comes. The OE91C1500 communicate
at 9600 baud .
