TMS320L F2407A 在无位置传感器无刷直流电动机
控制系统中的应用

摘要: 介绍了基于 TM S320L F2407A D SP 的无位置传感器无刷直流电动机控制系统, 并探讨了无位置传感器的解决
方案, 电动机换相信号的输出, 电动机转速的测量, 以及数字 PWM 调速信号的输出, 电流的采集处理等。并通过软件编
程实现速度的 P ID 调节, 构成电动机转速闭环控制系统。详细阐述了控制电路、保护电路的组成与原理, 并给出了硬件连
接电路示意图及其软件设计。该系统的特点就是结构简单, 实现了全数字式控制, 在运行中获得了良好的动静态性能。

Abs tra c t: T h is paper introduces the contro l system of senso r less BLDCM based on TM S320L F2407A D SP, and a so lution of its
senso r less speed contro l is also be described, the output of change phase signals, the m easurem ent of speed of the mo to r, output of
the digital PWM and A D conversion of the mo to r′s current p leted by TM S320L F2407A T he softw are realizes the speed P ID
