一种基于电流舵逻辑的环形振荡器

摘要: 文章分析了电流舵逻辑门的动/ 静态特性。为了比较电流舵环形振荡器和普通数字反相
器环形振荡器,采用 1 2μm 标准 CMOS 工艺,设计并制作了两种环形振荡器。仿真和试验结果表
明,电流舵环形振荡器具有低噪声和频率不随电压变化的特点,但其功耗比较大,适合于噪声要求
高而功耗要求不高的电路。

A Current Steering Logic Based Ring Oscillator

Abstract : Both static and dynamic characteristics of current steering logic (CSL) are analyzed in the paper Ring
posed of CSL’s and conventional digital inverters , which are fabricated in 1 2μm CMOS process , are
compared for their differences It can be concluded from the simulation and experimental results that ring oscillators
based on CSL have good noise performance and are more immune from supply voltage fluctuation , except that it con
sumes more power Therefore , the CSL based ring oscillator is suitable for low noise applications
