串联臂压电微电机及驱动电源的研究

摘要二级串联压电双晶片(串联臂) 一端固定时, 在相位差为 2 的偏置方波信号驱动下, 自由端将沿椭圆轨迹运动。以串联臂为
驱动元件, 可用来驱动端面与其相接触的转子转动, 构成串联臂压电微电机。对单路方波信号分频, 可产生双路相位差为 2的方波
信号, 对信号进行放大, 构成相位差为 2 的偏置方波驱动信号。

Abstract D riven by two signals of biased bar w ith phase difference of 2, the free end of a cantilever (nam ed as se
ries bending arm ) compo sed of two series p iezoelectric bimo rphs w ill move along an elliptic o rbit w hen the o ther end is
fixed. W hen the cantilever is used to drive a cylinder ro tato r, of w hich the end surface contact the free end of the can
tilever, the ro tato r w ill ro tate. T hus a m icromo to r driven by po sed of series p iezoelectric bimo rphs can
be m anufactured. W hen one bar signal is p rocessed w ith frequency division, two bar signal w ith phase difference of
2 can be generated and these two bar signals can be changed into biased bar signal w ith phase difference of 2 w hen
they are amp lified.
