以 PIC 单片机为核心的电动执行机构控制器

摘要:针对目前电子式电动执行机构控制器存在的一些问题提出新的设计方案,包括采用具有 5
路 A/ D 输入和 PMW 方式 D/ A 输出的 PIC16C73 单片机作为控制器的核心部件,减少了接口器件数量,
增加了产品的可靠性;采用 AD202 和 1B21 对输入和输出信号采取全隔离的模式,增强抗共模干扰和其
他系统匹配的能力;全部采用宽温器件进行宽温型设计,增加产品的环境适应性;采用具有双模的模糊
控制方案控制电机动作,满足系统对粗调时的快速跟踪和细调时的对控制精度的要求等。

Controller of Electric Actuators Taking PIC Single puter as Nucleus

Abstract :Presented Some new design scheme against some problems in electric actuators : PIC16C73 puter was
used in which there are five A/ D inputs and two PMW outputs , in order to reduce interface parts quantity and increase reliability ;
AD202 and 1B21 were adopted using the full isolation design to strengthen the ability of monmode interfere ; the ele
ments with wide temperature range were adopted increasing environment adaptability of the product ; satisfy celerity tracking in rough
controlling and assuring precision in careful controlling by using the fuzzy control scheme with two modular.
