摘 要：本文阐述的是关于壳体注塑模具点浇口自动脫落机构的设计过程，较为 详细的叙述了点浇口凝料自动推出机构的运用场合及其涉及的完整步骤，根据现有的 各种机械和模具结构，通过对模具点浇口自动脫落机构的分析比选，确定模具点浇口 自动脫落机构设计的方案，利用AutoCAD绘制出了该方案的结构总体图。并根据确 定的结构方案以及总体结构图设计出使用该机构成型的产品工件图。详细分析了塑件 模具的结构形式、注塑机类型的选择、分型面的确定、浇注系统的设计、脫模机构中 主要零部件的设计等。最终利用pro-e软件制作了模具点浇口自动脱落机构动作的仿 真过程。同时还记录了在设计推出机构过程中运用的技术、理论、方法及其他相关知 识。
通过本次设计，使我在塑料成型、材料加工技术、机械设计、机械制图等相关课 程得到了巩固并为今后的工作打下了良好的基础。

Design and Simulation of automatic shedding mechanism for mould

The structural form of plastic parts, the choice of injection molding machine, the determination of parting surface, the design of gating system and the design of main components in the mould release mechanism are analyzed in detail.. Finally, the simulation of the action of the mould point gate is made by Pro-E software.. At the same time, the technology, theory, method and other relevant knowledge used in the design of the mechanism are also recorded..
Through the design, I made it in the plastic molding, material processing technology, mechanical design, mechanical graphics and other related courses have been consolidated in the future work to lay a good foundation.
