摘要
在当今信息技术迅猛发展，知识更替日新月异的吋代，信息技术为企业的发展提 供了机遇，也带来了挑战。使用传统人工的方式管理排课存在着许多缺点，而使用计 算机对人事信息进行管理，有着手工管理所无法比拟的优点，这些优点能够极大地提 高人事信息管理的效率，也是企业走向科学化、正规化管理，与世界接轨的重要条件。
校友录又名“同学录”，其实不只是局限于同学这个圈子，朋友、同学、同事、 老师与亲人等等都可以。它的目标受众是组织，只要是1个社会组织或者群体，不管 大小都可以在网上申请1个校友录。用户人群的范围扩大到学生、同事、企业、家庭、 军队、企事业单位的部门等等。因为每1个人都从属于1定的组织或团体，所以每1 位网民都有成为校友录用户的可能。这就为在校或已毕业的广大校友们提供1份交流 思想的场所，通过提供完善的校友录服务和规范校友录的管理，建立起校友间的沟通 渠道，以达到增进校友之间、校友与母校之间的感情，方便校友联系的目的，从而增 强学校的凝聚力。（1改为一）
本系统是采用Microsoft Visual Studio 2005作为前台开发工具，SQL Server2000 作为后台数据库平台的管理系统。本系统经过测试，运行稳定，已得到认可。
