薄片类介质厚度检测机构设计
摘要
薄片类介质厚度检测机构应用广泛,目前已广泛的用于一些金融电子行业的 钞票检测。但是,在国内目前高精度高可靠性检测设备的研究相对薄弱。因此, 研究高精度高可靠性的检测设备具有重要意义。模具是制造业的重要基础装备, 模具的重要性及其在国民经济中的重要地位,使模具设计变得很重要。
本设计利用计算机辅助设计的方法进行设计,对薄片类介质检测机构进行设 计并对重要零件进行三维设计•并且还设计了对相关零件的模具。首先简述了课 题的研究目的及研究意义,接着对薄片类介质检测机构设计、对相关参数计算; 然后用pro/e三维模型,装配并生成工程图。并设计相关零件的模具;最后对全 文进行了总结。

Testing Equipment for thickness of slice
Abstract
Testing equipment for thickness of slice has been widely used for financial electronics industry notes detection. However, the current study is relatively weak to testing equipment of high precision and high reliability. Therefore, the testing equipment of high precision and high reliability is important. The mold is an important foundation for equipment manufacturing, and the importance of the mold and its important position in the national economy makes the mold design become very meaningful.
The design using the method of computer-aided design, designed the testing equipment for thickness of slice. It 3D-designed the important parts of the design, and molded the relevant parts. First it was outlined the purpose and significance of research projects, and afterwards designed testing equipment for thickness of slice. Then it was cacualated parameters. Meanwhile, it was 3D-designed and assembled design using pro/e. After that, it was drew Engineering drawings, and designed mold of related parts. At last it was made a summary of the full text.
