摘要
由于新建的盐城港大丰港粮食库区,建一所20kv变电所保证正常供电需求成为必然趋势。为了顺利的尽快的完成变电所的土建部分,保证变电的正常供电,这份设计都将科学合理的完成建设过程的每一个步骤。以合理的施工组织、严谨的工程估价、规范施工步骤完成一个优质的工程,为国家的发展和利益做最全面的考量。作为一个工业建筑,将出色的完成它自己的使命,绝不负每一项使用功能。此次工程将积极地把新工艺、新成果运用到此次施工中。此份设计也将积极地与甲方、设计方及监理沟通处理所有可能面对的问题,拿出最切实可行的方案保证各方利益,以期共同发展、一同进步。此项设计不仅加深本人对建筑的理解,而且使自身更加注意到统筹全局。通过科学的统筹控制进度,资金的流动,此项设计一定会用最好的质量、最快的速度、最节省的成本向注意这项工程的各方人士交出一份满意的答卷。同时,促进港口作业的速度和质量,为大丰港的发展做出贡献。

ABSTRACT
Due to the new port of yancheng dafeng port area of grain, build a 20 kv substation to ensure normal power supply demand e inevitable trend. In order to smooth the civil part of the substation pleted as soon as possible, to ensure normal power of substation, the design plete the construction of scientific and reasonable process of each step. At a reasonable valuation of engineering anization,rigorous, standardized construction steps plete a quality project, for the interests of the state development and make prehensive considerations. As an industrial building, will finish its own mission, not every function. The project will actively apply the new technology, new achievements in the construction. This design will also municate with party and supervision by the designer to handle all may face problems.

第一部分、施工组织设计

工程名称:20kv盐城港大丰港区粮食库区变电所。
标高及尺寸单位:本工程室内±(见勘测报告),,变电所区域场地标高根据业主提供的厂区规划规定。
建筑物火灾危险性分类:主编是为丙类其余为丁类。
耐火等级:除主变室为一级外,其余均为二级。
建筑物结构形式为钢筋混凝土框架结构,建筑结构的类别为丙类,建筑物合理使用年限为50年,抗震设防烈度为八度,屋面防水等级为二级。
建筑接地及防雷详见有关电气施工图。

主控室:抗静电活动地板,,总高300mm。
主变室地面:环氧砂浆地面,加高及找坡均采用C20细石混凝土。
其他房间:环氧砂浆地面,100厚C15混凝土及设备基础下均加铺200厚碎石
