摘 要
21世纪随着汽车的不断快速发展和人们生活水平不断的提高,人们对汽车的舒适度、平稳性等提出了更高的要求。为了改善汽车行驶的平顺性,在汽车的悬架系统中安装了汽车减震器并且在不断的快速发展、改进和更新。
在汽车悬架系统中广泛采用的是筒式减振器。在压缩和伸张行程中均能起减振作用的是双向作用式减振器,还有新式减振器,它包括充气式减振器和阻力可调式减振器。
近年来,中国的减震器市场保持着增长的态势。,增长率在20%以上。2008年汽车产销量达到938万辆,%,但依然是全球难得的保持增长的市场。预计2010年国内汽车销售规模有望达到1150万辆。作为汽车悬架主要的零件,减震器在中国市场需求相应增长,2008年需求规模约为4700万只。预计未来将以10%左右的速度增长,2010年有望达到5700万只。
因此本论文主要围绕汽车减震器的设计来进行展开。
