摘要:近年来，我国已进行了羊肚菌培养的研究，但通常是采用固体培养法，对其菌丝球液体培养的研究尚不多见。为此，我们进行了羊肚菌液体菌种培养基配方的研究，以期为羊肚菌菌种的生产提供新的途径。以常规无菌操作技术，将玉米粒大小的菌块接入已灭菌的待用液体培养基中，于24°C静置24h后移至摇床培养箱内震荡培养。对羊肚菌菌丝体液体培养条件的研究表明：当温度为25°C,摇床转速为100r /min,三角瓶装量为100mL,,可以明显地提高菌丝体的生物量；对羊肚菌进行液体摇瓶培养，以菌丝生物量、菌丝球的大小及个数为筛选指标，通过单因素方差分析，确定了羊肚菌菌丝体生长的最佳液体培养基配方为：马铃薯200g, KH2PO4 2g, MgSO4 , ,葡萄糖 20g,乳酸 3g,酵母膏 1g,水 lOOOmL, pH 。

羊肚菌(Morchella conica)又名美味羊肚菌，俗称羊雀菌、包谷菌等，隶属子囊菌亚n( Ascomycotina)、盘菌纲(Discomycetes)、盘菌目(Pezizales)、羊肚菌科(Morchellaceae)、羊肚菌属(Morchella)。据报道，全球羊肚菌属共有30多个种，分布于亚洲、欧洲、北美洲及大洋洲的一些地区，所以羊肚菌的分布是世界性的。羊肚菌多分布在公路边、河边、山坡、峡谷、火烧林、阔叶林或针阔混交林的腐殖质层土上。生长的土壤类型有黑壤土、山地灰褐森林土、沙壤土、黄壤土等⑹。羊肚菌子实体的生长季节在每年的3〜5月和8〜9月，气温达10〜20 °C,地表温度达12〜24 °C,月降雨量一般35〜60 mm[2-3]o所以，羊肚菌是在低温、高湿
