Executive Summary
The purpose of this report is to expand Jiaojiang chain store of Aokang shoe shop to meet ever-increasing customers9 needs. It will expand its space to 60square meters so that all the new products can be displayed on the shoe shelves.
The project will bring increases in revenue and profit by 20% and 30% respectively in the first year and will do more in the years to come.
The shop needs a loan of 168,000RMB to remodel the new shop, purchase new equipment and furniture, stock with new products.
The shop will surely satisfy the customers9 needs, increase the revenue and profit, and improve the financial statements.
Jiaojiang chain store of Aokang shoe shop, a China famous brand chain store, is situated on the 2nd floor at Jinjiang Department store, mainly provides leisure shoes, sandals, slipper, sport shoes, high-heel shoes, and boots for customers. Aokang shoes, free of quality inspection, are well accepted by consumers as the quality of them can be guaranteed.
