spot에놓이는종류에따른분류
cDNA chip : 500bp이상의유전자
oligonucleotide chip : 15 ~ 25개의염기들로이루어진 oligonucleotide(분자단위의당)
제작방법에따른분류
pin microarray : pin을이용한 micro dotting(surface contact), 1995년 stanford 대학에서개발
Inkjet : Inkjet원리를이용한 micro dropping
Photolithography : Photolithography를이용한 oligonucleotide직접합성
Electronic array : 전기를이용한 oligonucleotide addressing
