摘要：随着时代的发展，人们对居住的要求越来越高，已经不再局限于居住，而是更多地关注它的方方面面:便捷、美观、健康、自然，越来越成为人们追捧的热点。
御景园居住小区的规划设计经过充分的调查，仔细研究了御景园地块的自然地理位置和区域经济位置，同时了解了阜新当地人对居住的要求。最终通过道路分析、景观分析、建筑单体与组合体的分析、小区功能分析，等一系列工作确定最终的规划成果。御景园小区的设计体现现代人对生活的新追求，满足现代人的各种层次需求，积极强调“以人为本的”设计理念，尊重并突出地域文化特色，重点研究现代中国居住小区设计规划中存在的利与弊，合理考虑，并实现小区的和谐和可持续发展。
御景园居住小区的规划设计欲实现一个现代化的花园式住宅。具备完善的功能、合理的布局、同时满足不同年龄人对户外环境的需要。
