随着积极心理学和积极组织行为学研究的兴起,人类的长处和积极心理能力
得到了日益广泛的关注和研究。作为积极心理状态投入的研究顺应了这种积极心
理学的潮流。从以往研究结果可以表明,我国学者对投入现象的研究仅存在于员
工群体中,其实投入现象也存于学生群体之中;近年来,随着对工作投入研究的
深入,对大学生学习投入的研究也开始引起国内学者的关注。本研究着重探讨大
学生的学习投入与学业自我效能感与学习绩效的关系,选取了辽宁省三所普通高
校的625名学生进行调查,采用了验证性因素分析、相关分析、回归分析、路径分
析,揭示了学习投入、学业自我效能感与学习绩效的关系。结论如下:
第一,性别和年级与学习投入差异显著,专业与学习投入差异不显著;
第二,大学生学习投入对学业自我效能感存在极其显著地正相关,而且学习投入
的不同维度对学业自我效能感的不同维度具有不同的预测力;
第三,大学生学习投入对学习绩效存在极其显著地正相关,而且学习投入对学习
绩效具有显著预测作用;
第四,路径分析表明,学业自我效能感在学习投入与学习绩效的关系中起中介作
用。

The Relationship Between Learning Engagement ,
Academic Self-efficacy Beliefs and Performance of
Undergraduates
Abstract
New trends recently emerged in burnout research which both boils down to
abroadening of the traditional concept and scope. Learning burnout research seems to
shift towards its opposite: learning engagement. This development reflects an emerging
trend towards a‘ positive psychology ’that focuses on human strengths and optimal
functioning rather than on weaknesses and malfunctioning. Generally, the research
about engagement has previously been studied in work settings; however, research
about engagement should be also discussed in a field study. With the increasing of
research about work engagement, the research about learning engagement has begun to
be focused on. This study examines engagement of totally 625 undergraduates from
three different schools. Exploratory factor analysis is used to revise the questionnaire.
Independent-Sample t test and One-Way ANOVA are used to examine the effect of
demographical variables on all variables. Finally, correlation, regression and structure
equation model are used to analyze the relationship among learning engagement,
academi
