摘 要
本论文通过对XH7645卧式加工中心的总体设计，确定了其主传动系统、进给传动系统方案。在此基础上，对主轴系统进行设计。主轴系统由主轴箱，主轴电动机，主轴，变速装置，轴承等零件组成。主轴的启停，变速等动作均有数控系统控制，并且通过装在主轴上的***参与切削运动，是切削加工的功率输出部件。因为主轴是加工中心的关键部件，所以对所设计的卧式加工中心主轴结构进行了优化和改进，同时为卧式加工中心的整体结构设计提供了一定的参考数据。

Abstract
This paper, by XH7645 horizontal processing center to the overall design, to decide its main transmission system, to the transmission system into solution. On the basis of main shaft system design.
