大学生决策风格、职业决策自我效能与职业决策困难的关系研

摘要
职业决策困难是个体在职业选择过程中遇到的各种阻碍和困难。目前我国的就业市
场严重饱和,人才供需矛盾日益尖锐,而大学生面对未来的职业感到迷茫、不知所措,
就业能力薄弱。尤其是在职业决策领域,大学生普遍缺乏对自我及职场的认识、缺乏对
未来职业的规划和目标的确定,对要作出的决定感到困难重重。基于此,本研究引入了
决策风格与职业决策自我效能两个变量作为自变量,试图探讨这两个因素对职业决策困
难的影响。
本研究分三个阶段:第一个阶段是编制决策风格问卷。通过查阅文献、访谈学生收
集决策风格的项目,最后确定了 35 个项目。第二个阶段是预测。将决策风格量表、职
业决策自我效能量表和职业决策困难量表三个量表合并组成职业决策问卷,对华中科技
大学校内的大学生进行预测。第三个阶段是形成正式问卷后施测。问卷回收后进行统计
分析,结果呈现了大学生职业决策困难的特点,探讨了决策风格、职业决策自我效能和
职业决策困难的关系。
结果显示,年级差异、决策风格和职业决策自我效能是职业决策困难的影响因素,
而性别、家庭背景、专业和职业辅导经历没有对职业决策困难产生显著影响。决策风格
和职业决策自我效能分别独立的对职业决策困难产生影响,职业决策自我效能在决策风
格对职业决策困难的影响中不存在中介作用。

Abstract
Career decision-making difficulty is defined as the all-possible obstacles and difficulties
that one may encounter in the course of career decision-making. At present,our country’s job
market is severely saturated, the contradiction between employment supply and demand is
ing more and more ,the college students fell confused when they confont the
future in the field of career decision-making, they lack self-awareness
about themselves and the workplace,they lack career planning and future this
study, decision-making style and career decision-making self-efficacy are intrduced as
independent variables, trying to explore the affect that the two variables on career
decision-making difficulties.
This study is divided into three phases: the first phase is the preparation of the
decision-making literature review and interviews to students,35 items were
collected to form the questionnaire. The second stage is forecasting the questionnaire.
Mergering the decision-making style scale, career decision-making self-efficacy scale and
career decision-making difficulties scale to form the career decision-making
questionnaire ,and then testing the students of
