摘要:BPR业务流程再造是现代经营组织不断创新发展的重要推动力量，也是其 实施组织进步的重要策略性工具。由于电力物流的发展与电力产业的发展不相适 应，其发展的低水平已严重影响电力产业可持续发展。所以对电力物流而言，实 施BPR更具有宏观产业变革和战略调控价值。本文依据BPR业务流程再造理论， 通过对电力物流核心业务流程的多元化、复合型、战略型、应急性特征、以及现 阶段电力物流核心业务流程的现状和问题分析，指出了电力物流实施BPR的一些 关键性考虑因素如信息技术、协调能力、服务意识等，同时对基于BPR的可视化 电力物流核心业务流程再造提出了一些对策和措施，如组织内部流程再造、组织 外部协同流程再造、信息化管理流程再造、应急保障流程再造等。
