文档介绍：摘要本课题研究的目的在于通过对天津和唐海两个战略规划案例的解读,探讨战略规划在特大城市和中小城市表达的异同,从战略规划的缘起、与城市总体规划的比照、研究的主要问题等方面展开阐述,并重点探讨了城市空间战略的制定与演变。在案例解读的基础上提出问题,发现问题,通过当前优秀战略规划理论导入进行理论解析,最终目的是希望通过实践总结与理论归纳,为战略规划的完善和发展提供一些有价值的建议并探讨战略规划未来的发展方向。论文研究采用“研究概述——案例解读——问题提出——理论导入——问题解析一未来展望”的逻辑结构。为了及时总结文章主旨,文章的重点章节都采用“引文——正文——本章(节)小结”的结构模式。论文第一章介绍了城市空间发展战略规划研究的概况,提出了当前战略规划存在的一些问题,论述了本文的理论意义和实践意义。第二章介绍了战略规划的起源、发展,对国外战略规划和国内战略规划分别进行了对比分析,归纳了战略规划的概念、称谓、基本理论等内容,为之后的论述打下基础。论文第三、四、五章是其核心部分。第三、四章以天津和唐海两个不同规模、不同职能、不同发展水平的城市为基础,研究两个城市战略规划所要解决的问题, 探讨其采用的研究方法、技术手段,比较战略规划研究与城市总体规划编制内容、形式和方法的不同之处,探索这两个城市的战略规划对总体规划的指导意义。第五章是在案例解读的基础上发现问题,提出问题,然后通过当前国内战略规划优秀理论的引入,结合笔者的自身体会和感悟,对问题进行理论解析,将实践经验转化为理论认识。论文第六章是结论部分,在国内优秀学者研究的基础上探讨战略规划的发展方向,展望战略规划的未来。关键词: 战略规划城市定位空间战略空间布局城市总体规划 ABSTRACT The purpose ofthisresearch,which liesintheinterpretation oftwo cases forstrategic planning,is tofindsome research methods forstrategic planning,toexplore its relationship withthe traditionalmaster planning,and tOexplore itsreference role tO summing upthetheoryandpractice,the ukimateaim is to make mendations onimprovement anddevelopment ofthestrategic planning.
