  摘要:采取正交设计优化连香叶超临界CO2萃取的萃取工艺,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术GC/MS对萃取物进行分析,测定其关键成份的含量。确定连香叶超临界CO2萃取最好工艺条件:萃取压力30 MPa,萃取温度48 ℃,萃取时间45 min,选择体积分数70%的乙醇作为夹带剂,用量为投料量的18%,萃取率为15.21%。GC-MS共判定出52种成份,其中关键成份叶绿醇、α-法呢烯、棕榈醛、6-***-5-庚烯-2-***、肉豆蔻醛、芳樟醇、莰烯、肉豆蔻醇、金合欢醇、谷甾醇等含量为81.15%。经过卷烟加香试验发觉,连香叶提取物含有很好的清香,能显著改进和修饰卷烟烟气,提升卷烟质量。

  Abstract: Orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize technology of supercritical fluid CO2 extraction of katsura leaf. The extracts were isolated and identified by capillary GC-MS method, and relative contents of constitutes were determined. The best conditions of supercritical fluid CO2 extraction were as follows: pressure 30 MPa, and 48 ℃ for 45 min, the entrainer was 70% ethanol solution with the proportion of 18% raw materials, the extraction rate was 15.21%. 52 compounds were identified by GC-MS, 81.15% for the major components were phytol, α-farnesene, hexadecanal, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, myristaldehyde, linalool, camphene, myristyl alcohol, dodecatrienol, sitosterol and so on. The extract of katsura leaf was applied in cigarettes as tobacco flavora
