文档介绍:本科毕业设计说明书侧板式齿轮马达设计 Lateral plate gear motor design 学院(部): 机械工程学院专业班级: 学生姓名: 指导教师: 年月日摘要液压马达是液压传动中作连续回转运动并输出转矩的液压执行元件。无需减速装置以及结构相对简单、工艺性良好和使用可靠的特点,在冶金机械、矿山机械、起重运输等多为使用。它的功能是把液体的压力能转换为机械能以驱动工作部件。它们的主要特点是转速较高、转动惯量小,便于启动和制动,调节(调速及换向)灵敏度高。齿轮液压马达的进出油口对称,故液压马达则能正反转,且齿轮马达具有体积小、重量轻、结构简单、工艺性好、对油液的污染不敏感、耐冲击和惯性小等优点。其次齿轮液压马达在输入压力油条件下工作,因而不必具备自吸能力,仅需要一定的初始密封性,就能提供必要的起动转矩。此外齿轮液压马达在结构上为了适应正反转要求,进出油口相等、具有对称性、有单独外泄油口将轴承部分的泄漏油引出壳体外; 为了减少启动摩擦力矩,采用滚针轴承; 为了减少转矩脉动齿轮液压马达的齿数比泵的齿数要多。但齿轮液压马达由于密封性差,容租效率较低,输入油压力不能过高,不能产生较大转矩。本文内容包括:齿轮马达的结构(包括轴、轴承、键等)的参数设计和强度校核; 壳体的选择。设计时,在综合分析外啮合侧板式齿轮马达齿轮泵的工作特性之后,对侧板式齿轮马达的工作原理和结构特点进行了一定的研究,根据齿轮马达的一系列性能参数,对各部件的参数进行了查选、设计、校核,最后绘制零件图、装配图等。关键词:齿轮马达,侧板,外啮合 Abstract Hydraulic motor is hydraulic transmission in continuous rotary motion and the output torque of hydraulic actuators.
