文档介绍：摘要当前英语作为我国与世界各国交流的主要语言工具,越来越突显出它的重要性。英语教学应将培养学生的跨文化交际能力作为其最终目标,来适应经济全球化发展需要。尽管文化的重要性早就有前辈学者大声疾呼过,但目前的大学英语教学在实施过程中对语言形式的关注仍然多于具体语境下,语言的使用。这一现状使学生缺乏对西方文化的了解,在实际交际中频繁出现语用失误问题,显示出他们跨文化交际能力的缺失。鉴于此,本文旨在对中国大学英语教学方法进行一次尝试性的研究,本文坚持的观点是:学生的跨文化交际能力应该是外语教学的最终目标。总体来讲,学生的跨文化交际能力是一种能与来自非本国文化(主要是英美文化)的人们进行有效,正确交流的能力。因为本文研究的主要对象为非英语专业的学生,考虑到他们课程设计的特点,如:他们未丌设“语言与文化”,“跨文化交流”等课程, 因此最为有效的培养学生跨文化交际能力的教学方法就是将文化教学融入语言教学当中。基于这一目的,作者主要采用问卷调查和测试的方法,在北京一所高校进行了一个面向非英语专业学生的大学外语教学现状的调查。通过分析目前中国大学外语教学的现状,作者发现:大学外语教学中确实存在“跨文化交际能力缺失”现象,立足于对调查结果的研究分析,本论文探讨了导致英语教学中“跨文化交际能力缺失”的原因,阐述了外语教学中讲授跨文化知识的必要性,对如何在大学外语教学中实现语言教学与文化教学的同步融合以完善外语教学,提高学生的跨文化交际能力提出了一些可行性建议。关键词:文化与语言,跨文化交际能力,大学英语教学,文化教学 ABSTRACT Nowadays English is ing more and more important as a municating medium thatlinksChina with teachers ofEnglish should regard cultivating students’petence as the ultimate goal to meet the requirement of the increasingly interdependent world.
