摘 要
城市道路，是城市内部连接各个区域，各个部分，并且具有划分城市区域功能的一种方式，是进行城市交通，运输的最主要的载体，是构成优美的居住环境，和划分城市功能的基础，是城市社会活动，和经济活动的纽带，它支撑着城市的基本功能，保证城市的正常运行。随着社会的进步，城市化进程的加快以及对城市文化品质的追求，精神需求逐步提高，城市的发展正趋向于人性化，环境化，城市化的方向发展。这种方向的发展主要的一方面体现在城市的规划当中，而城市道路的规划与设计是着当中最基础，最重要的环节。尤其是对于风景旅游城市来说，城市道路又是人们感受城市景观特色与社会风情的重要通道。毫无疑问，除了其基本的功能之外，城市道路是城市景观的视觉走廊，同时是城市文化品质，和风貌的展示窗口，也是人们了解，感受的体验城市绝佳的界面。因此，城市道路的规划与设计除了满足道路的使用功能与技术要求之外，必须重视研究如何使城市道路体现城市风情，观察城市风景的良好场所，并且向人性化，环境化，城市化的方向发展。以葫芦岛市龙湾海滨核心区的规划与设计为例简述对该区城市道路的分析。
