文档介绍：华中科技大学硕士学位论文 IV 摘要城市商业银行是现有银行业体系中重要的一支力量,是特殊的商业银行,本文研究了城市商业银行竞争力的定义、评价与提升路径。本文结合城市商业银行特点对城市商业银行竞争力进行了定义与评价指标设置。本文将城市商业银行竞争力划分为显性竞争力和隐性竞争力,将显性竞争力从流动性、安全性和盈利性方面设置了8个评价指标,将隐性竞争力从创新能力、业务管理能力和公司治理能力三个方面设置了8个评价指标,抽取了代表性的14家城市商业银行,根据各行2006年年报数据,运用因子分析法对显性竞争力进行分析, 运用层次分析法对隐性竞争力进行分析,评估了14家代表性城市商业银行竞争力水平,得出了显性竞争力排名与隐性竞争力排名。通过分析比较这14家城市商业银行竞争力水平,发现竞争力排名靠前的城市商业银行主要优势在于:业务定位明确; 根据市场需求灵活地开发金融产品,提供优质的服务;创新能力强;具有完善的治理结构以及风险控制能力强。同时,排名靠后的城市商业银行不足之处在于:集中于传统业务,创新能力差,股权过于集中,治理结构不合理,市场定位不明确,没有树立出特色的品牌。通过对城市商业银行的实证结果的综合分析,本文提出了提升城市商业银行的路径:走特色化、创新发展和可持续发展道路。关键词:城市商业银行显性竞争力隐性竞争力华中科技大学硕士学位论文 V Abstract The mercial Bankwas an important and special part in the existing banking industry pattern. The paper has studied the definition,appraisal and promotion way petitiveness of the mercial Bank. The paper gives the definition of the mercial Bank’scompetitiveness, dividing it into petitiveness and petitiveness and settingeight weighting index for each. Using the factor analytic method and analytic hierarchy process, drawing fourteen mercial Bank from main areas of china, the paper weighted these mercial Banks’ competitiveness, according data from annual paper of each bank. paring these 14 mercial bank petitiveness level, The paper discovered that there are mon things between the banks who ranks in better place. That is, clear marketing goal, good service,high innovation ability and well risk control ’s more, some mercial Banks have the same deficiency. That is,concentrating in the traditional service, none innovation, poor management structure, without market goal and fail in setting up the characteristic brand. Through the empirical analysis, the paper gives the opinion on how to enhance petitiveness of mercial Bank -- taking the characteristic, innovationand sustainable developmentpath.
