文档介绍:学士学位论文- I- 频率测量方法的研究摘要随着数字技术和其它以频率量为基础的各种技术飞速发展,对信号源的频率准确度和稳定度提出了越来越高的要求,评价信号源的性能指标最直接的方法就是对信号源的频率进行高精度的测量。本文通过全面分析比较现有各种频率测量方法和测量技术,对高稳定频率源开机特性、日波动、短期稳定度、老化率、频率重现性以及频率准确度的测量和分析。游标法、多周期同步法、多周期同序比相测频方法是目前所有频率测量方法中最先进的方法。但是在实验过程中,发现用它们在进行高精度、特别是超高精度的频率测量时,待测信号和标准信号的频率值、频率差的大小都会对实际测频精度有影响,在本文中对这三种方法进行了理论的分析和改进,采用理论分析和计算机模拟相结合,详细研究了影响相检式多周期同步测频法测量精度的各种因数,结果发现,如采用频率综合技术将标准频率锁定在被测频率附近,可以使测量频率的精度得到极大的提高。关键词频率测量多周期同步游标比相学士学位论文- II- Frequency Measurement Method Study Abstract With digital technology, and other the frequency of various technologies based on the amount of the rapid development of the signal source frequency accuracy and stability of higher and higher requirements, evaluation of performance signal source is the most direct method of signal source of high-precision measurement of the frequency.
