摘要:
氯化钾既是一种重要的钾肥,又是重要的化工原料。在化学工业中、医药等方面氯化钾的应用很广;在农业上氯化钾是制造各种钾肥的基本原料,尤其是近年以来已成为钾复肥的一个重要复配原料。随着工农业的发展,氯化钾的年需求量逐年上升。所以加大氯化钾生产的开发力度,对促进我国经济有重大意义。
首先,本文介绍了氯化钾的国内外生产和需求以及发展情况和蒸发设备的发展情况。
其次,详细的介绍了本次设计的工艺流程和工艺计算过程。
此外,原料及动力的消耗、车间布置以及节能环保的设计等也是本次设计的重要组成部分。

Abstract
Chloride is not only an important potassium ,but also an important chemical raw material. potassium chloride is widely used in the chemical industry, medicine and other is a basic raw material for manufacturing avariety of potassium in agriculture,especially since in recent years potassium chloride has become an important compound raw material of compound fertilizer of the development of industry and agriculture,annual demand of potassium chloride increased year by , to increase the development efforts of production of potassium chloride has great significance to promoting China's economic.
First, the article describes the potassium chloride production and demand at home and abroad, and development and the development of evaporation equipment.
Secondly, a detailed description of the process of this design and process calculations.
In addition, the consumption of raw materials and power, plant layout and the design of energy saving is also important in this part of the design.
