［摘要］目的分析临产妇的心理特征，探讨心理护理干预对临产妇 心理状态的影响。方法90例初产妇，单胎、头位临产妇随机分为试验组 和对照组，每组各45例。试验组临产妇进行个性化心理护理，对照组给 予普通护理。观察两组的焦虑程度、剖宫产率、阴道助产率、产程时间。 结果试验组产妇的焦虑程度、剖宫产率、阴道助产率显著低于对照组(P < ),产程的潜伏期、活跃期及总产程时间较对照组显著缩短(P < )o结论心理护理能够缓解临产妇紧张和焦虑的心理状态，缩短产 程，有益于临产妇的身心健康。
